| We camped this summer and the whole family went for a bike ride out to the lighthouse. Along the way my oldest son noticed a sign which said 'no bikes beyond this point' to which we ignored because we could see many people on bikes in front of us riding along just fine. Shortly after noticing this, we continued down the bike path and suddenly hit a large sand pit which caused all our bike wheels to sink! We went flying off our bicycles and landed in the sand pit. Sore bottoms, hands and feet reminded us for the remainder of the trip to follow the instructions on signs at the park! |
