How long does it take to receive my official Value Club Card by mail?
It takes 6-8 weeks to receive your official Value Club Card in the mail.
Do I get any points for my stay(s) at any of your hotels where I use my Value Club Card?
The Americas Best Value Inn/Canadas Best Value Inn Value Club program is a FREE, INSTANT REWARDS program that entitles our guests to receive a 15% discount off standard rack rates at any of our participating hotels, as well as free room upgrades based on availability, late check-out upon request, and access to thousands of special offers and discounts on shopping, dining and entertainment. Our loyalty program is not set up as a "points system," which requires you to accumulate a number of points before you receive any type of incentive or reward. We are uniquely set up to give our guests immediate benefits to show how much we appreciate your patronage. We encourage our guests to book their reservations via our websites at www.americasbestvalueinn.com or www.canadasbestvalueinn.com and select a Value Club Room Rate when booking your rooms. Be sure to enter your Value Club card number on the reservation form. You may also call our reservations line at 888-315-2378 or call the hotel directly to book a room using your discount card.
Do I need to show my actual Value Club Card upon check-in at the hotel?
Yes. As a part of the Value Club Card protocol, all cardholders are required to show proof of Membership by having their card at the time of check-in. If you have misplaced your card or it has been stolen, please contact our Value Club Department at 1-877-311-2378 for a replacement card.
Is there an automatic renewal of Membership for the Value Club Card annually?
There is no renewal process for the Value Club Card program. Membership is ongoing and the cardholder is not required to renew their membership at any time. However, if there is information that has changed about you, please contact our Value Club Department at 1-877-311-2378.
