A quaint 2 story Inn located in the seaside community of Port Hueneme. The city's name is derived from a Chumash Indian word Wene'mu meaning resting place, because it was located halfway between 2 larger Chumash Indian settlements which today are Malibu and Ventura. The Port of Hueneme is the top seaport in the United States for citrus export and ranks among the top ten ports in the country for automobile and banana imports. Its unique positioning near the Santa Barbara Channel has also made the Port of Hueneme the primary support facility for the offshore oil industry in California's Central Coast area. Port Hueneme Naval Base home of the Pacific See Bees is at our door and Point Mugu Naval Air Station is nearby. From here one can take a sport fishing trip or Charter a boat to the Channel Island National Park.
The 28 tastefully decorated guest rooms feature complimentary hi-speed wireless Internet access, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffeemakers. Our hotel has an onsite restaurant for your convenience.
