Privacy
At various points, when you use this Site, we may collect personal information. In addition to any other information you may choose to provide to us, this personal information may include: your name and contact information; date of birth; preferred communication methods; business name, title and business address; credit card details, including the three-digit code that appears on the back of your credit card; Value Club number, frequent flyer or travel partner program affiliation; date of arrival and departure; room and vacation preferences; travel history; AAA or CAA number; and details on airline and rental car reservations you may book. We may also record details on joint travelers, including their names and other pertinent information.

We use your personal information to provide the services you request from us such as to facilitate reservations. We also may use the personal information to send you newsletters, promotions and featured specials, and to conduct online surveys, sweepstakes, prize drawings, and other contests via email, telephone or postal mail.

• We may share personal information within the Vantage family of brands that may jointly use the personal information for the purposes described above.
• We may share personal information with our branded hotels in order to provide you with services.
• If you visit us as part of a group event or meeting, information collected for meeting and event planning may be shared with the organizers of those meetings and events, and, where appropriate, guests who organize or participate in the meeting or event.
• From time to time we may partner with other companies to provide co-sponsored or co-branded promotions, products and services and may share your information with our co-sponsor. For example, we may co-sponsor some sweepstakes, prize draws, competitions or contests on our Site with other companies or we may provide prizes for sweepstakes and contests sponsored by other companies. If you enter one of these sweepstakes or contests, we may share your information with our co-sponsor or the third party sponsor.
• We rely on service providers to provide certain products and services, such as credit card billing and reservations services, providing services in connection with our websites, communicating news and delivering promotional and transactional materials via email and direct mail, processing credit card transactions, data hygiene and enhancement services and administering sweepstakes, prize drawings, competitions and customer surveys for which it is necessary to provide personal information. We will disclose personal information to service providers as appropriate.

Site Use
The Site is intended to assist you in determining the availability of and booking hotel rooms. Except for printing information in connection with your travel, you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit this Site unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so. We may refuse service, terminate access, and/or cancel transactions at our discretion. Please note that this Policy does not apply to our processing of personal information on behalf of and subject to the instructions of third parties such as airlines, car rental companies and other service providers, companies that organize or offer packaged travel arrangements, marketing partners, or customers.

The rates listed on the Site are provided by the individual hotels and are represented in their local currency. Currency may be converted at the Site, however, it is provided for informational use only. We base international currency conversion on publicly available sources, so we do not warrant or guarantee that conversion rates will be the same at the time you pay the hotel. Your payments to hotels on the Site are exclusively between you and the hotel, and we do not assume any liability or involvement in disputes you may have with a hotel. Hotels may change price and availability of rooms listed on the Site without notice.
